What we collect
When you order from Mama Africa Food we collect:
- Account data — your email and name (via the CEED ecosystem sign-in we share with wellfeed.io and other CEED domains).
- Order data — the items you ordered, your delivery address, your phone number, and your payment method.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe directly. We never see or store your card number.
- Location — only when you opt in as a driver and explicitly grant geolocation. Customers' locations are not collected.
- Anonymous analytics — page-load timing and error reports to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
To take your order, prepare your food, get it to you, settle payment with our drivers and our platform, and reach out if something goes wrong. That's it.
Who we share with
- Stripe — for card payments and Apple/Google Pay.
- Wellfeed — our marketplace platform partner that runs the order pipeline.
- Driva drivers — get your name, phone, and delivery address (only when you've ordered delivery, only the driver who claimed your order).
- Nobody else — we don't sell or rent your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember your currency preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

- Delete your account and all order history
